   How to prepare DIGITAL ART

STOPLINE - Must be on front of the Flag (NOT ON REVERSE SIDE)
CUTTING POINTS on the film showing the exact size of the finished flag
This space is covered by the metal tab (4mm)
Please leave 3mm empty on both sides of flag
  Width of Flag must be exactly 7cm (70mm)
  Total Length of Flag can be up to max 18cm (180mm)
  Shaded area shows maximum print size: 170 x 64mm (Flag Size Max 180 x 70mm)
 
Colour Information

For full colour background a bleed of 3mm on all sides is required
PMS Colours require minimum 3000 piece production
4-Colour process Printing - Maximum colour concentration on one point should not exceed 220%. Use UCR (Under Colour Reduction) where necessary.
 
Digital Art
  Artwork can be sent Via CD or Email.
  QuarkXpress or Adobe Illustrator - please attach colour printout if CD is mailed.
 
Barrel Imprints (Screen Printing Process)
Barrel-imprints are usually positioned between the end of the clip and the ring
Maximum Height: Limited to Wrap of pen (usually 1-1.5cm high)
Maximum Length:
  4.3cm if positioned between the clip and the ring
  6cm if positioned between the clip and the metal pullout tab
Clip Imprints (Pad Printing Process)
  Maximum Length: 3.2cm
  Height: 3 to 5mm
 
Barrel and Clip Printing Colour Information
  ALL PMS colours are available for Barrel and Clip Imprints
  No Limit to number of colours for Barrel Imprints
 
Addtional Information
  Proofs are usually emailed for an approval (PDF File). A proof can be assembled into a pen on request - additional fees apply. Add 10 days to production time if sample proof is required. The Flags of all proofs for technical reasons cannot be plasticised.
